Why choose counselling?
You may be wondering why you do some of the things you do, things that may be harmful to yourself or others, or that keep bringing you back to square one. Perhaps you feel lonely, even when you are with other people, or stuck in the process of making a difficult decision or moving on. You may be struggling with depression or anxiety, feel stressed and find it hard to relax.
Taking the first step to approach someone for help takes courage. Whatever your reason for ending up at my page, being here shows that you have, at the very least, a glimmer of hope that things could be better, and a sense that you need someone to help you on your journey.
Perhaps I can help you.
I provide safe, confidential and non-judgemental counselling, offering you the space to discuss and explore what is troubling you, with the aim of helping you to find a way forward. You are invited to arrange a FREE preliminary meeting with me where we can explore what is troubling you, and you will be able to learn about me, how I work, and decide whether counselling with me is right for you. We may then decide to meet for a set number of sessions, or work on a more open-ended basis.
Covid-19 - I have resumed face to face sessions and continue to offer online sessions.
